Perifit Care+ builds on the original Perifit Care Kegel Trainer by offering a new design that's smaller and more flexible, as well as improved sensors with movement and position detection.

While the original Perifit Care can only be used while laying down or sitting, Perifit Care+ trains you in multiple positions and movements—preparing your body for real-world function and exercise.

An FDA-cleared medical device, Perifit Care+ helps you improve your technique for maximum effectiveness, thanks to dual-sensor technology that can differentiate between a correct Kegel and an incorrect strain with "bearing down."

Both Perifit Care+ and Perifit Care use the same app and interactive games, with biofeedback that show your squeezes on-screen as a flying bird, a racecar and much more. Perifit Care+ adds a section for advanced exercises like doing Kegels while squatting or moving from a sitting to standing position.

The app provides statistics on your overall pelvic performance—tracking your strength, control, speed, endurance and Kegel quality—and offers a community forum with a message board and even competitions amongst users.

Perifit Care+ tailors exercises to your symptoms, helping you restore bladder control, develop core strength and enhance sexual satisfaction. Stay motivated and challenged through 10 difficulty levels, starting with simple squeezes and advancing to the complex muscle control needed for real life.

Connect the Perifit Care+ to your device using Bluetooth, then follow the app instructions to calibrate your device and create a profile.

Insert the Perifit Care+ in your vagina (as you would with a tampon) while lying with your knees bent and legs apart. Use a water-based lubricant for added comfort.

Choose a workout or create your own custom plan, adjusting the duration, intensity and goals for areas of improvement.

Follow the app as it guides you through a workout. Use while laying down, sitting or standing. Perifit recommends using the app three to five times per week for 10 minutes per session.

After each use, clean the device with mild soap or a cleaner made for intimate accessories.
