Shipping and Returns
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona within two business days. Transit time to your location is typically one to five days.
You will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking number. Please see the map below for estimated transit times for packages. Transit times during peak holiday seasons may be longer.
Vagercise offers international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates, taxes and duties vary by country and will be applied at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes owed upon delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $99 is available to Vagercise customers in the lower 48 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping on orders below $99 costs $7.95.
Vagercise offers shipping to select countries outside of the United States, with costs varying by country and product.
Change the currency on the website using the top navigation menu, then add your product to the cart to see the cost of shipping.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
In the rare event that a package is lost, Vagercise will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost parcel search.
Lost or damaged packages must be reported to Vagercise within 24 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date. Unfortunately, package theft is increasingly common, and Vagercise is not responsible for items stolen from residences or businesses.
In most cases of damaged packages, Vagercise will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. A replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.
If your package was lost or damaged, please e-mail us if your package so that we can investigate the delivery with the package carrier.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, return policies vary by product. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns section of each product page for details.
Vagercise does not accept returns from customers outside of the United States. All sales in countries other than the U.S. are final.

What happens if my product is defective?
All products sold by Vagercise are protected under a manufacturer's warranty. If you would like to return an item because of a defect, the manufacturer can help you with a repair or replacement.
Vagercise does not process warranty claims directly, but we are always happy to connect you with the manufacturer and help you resolve the problem.
