Developed and Taught by Pelvic Floor Experts

"I created my yoga classes with pelvic floor relaxation in mind and my experience both as a clinician and a yoga teacher. A lot of the poses that we do in the yoga classes are things that I send home with my patients."

How To Relax Your Pelvic Floor Muscles

You might assume that symptoms like pelvic pain, a tight low back and bladder leaks are just part of having a baby.

One-third of women experience painful sex at 3 months postpartum, often because their pelvic floor muscles tighten when compensating for weakness and damage after childbirth.

But pain is never normal, and you shouldn’t have to pay the price in the bedroom, the bathroom or your everyday life.

The Vagercise course includes hours of stretching and yoga exercises that are key to relaxing tight pelvic floor muscles.

Taught by physical therapists who are also certified yoga instructors, the classes focus specifically on the muscles in and around the pelvic floor, including the low back, hips and tailbone.

Classes range from a 5-minute guided meditation for relaxing your mind and body, a 10-minute pelvic floor release session using a trigger point ball, and 30-minute yoga flows designed for pelvic pain.

Vagercise also includes dozens of educational classes that help you find the right path toward recovery. Topics include painful intercourse, hip and back pain, and products that relax tight pelvic floor muscles, including vaginal dilators and pelvic wands.

Pain shouldn’t be part of life after becoming a mom. You deserve to feel better, and Vagercise classes can help you get there.
