How to Use

To start a workout with Kegelbell, choose the size of your intravaginal bulb and the heaviness of your weight: The more slender bulb and heavier weight makes for the most difficult workout.

The kit comes with three weights (1.05 oz/30 g, 2.1 oz/60 g and 4.2 oz/120 g) and two inserts (30 mm and 30 g or 35 mm and 40 g).

Add the weight to the end of the cord, and place the bulb into your vagina as you would a tampon. Use a water-based or oil-based lubricant to make insertion easier and more comfortable (silicone lubricants can damage the product).

Stand with your legs apart and knees in a slight squat as you exercise in your shower or bathroom.

Kegelbell recommends using the product for a 5-minute Kegel routine that includes both time to contract your muscles and relax them. When resting, you can remove the insert or hold the weight in your hand.

Do not use Kegelbell for more than 10 minutes at a time: As with any weightlifting routine, overexertion can lead to tight or injured muscles. The bulb will fall out once your muscles are fatigued, helping to ensure a safe workout.

Before every use, clean the Kegelbell insert with mild soap and water or a device cleaner.
