To begin a session with ELITONE URGE, take the cable and snap it onto the GelPad.

Peel the sticker off the pad and place the pad low on the perineal or pubic area. Align the opening of the gel pad so that it is just above the clitoris, aligning with the beginning of the labia majora.

Press the sticky area onto your skin, wrapping the end of the pad back toward your anus. You may want to experiment with pad placement to see where you feel the strongest contractions.

Attach the other end of the cable to the controller, placing the controller in your pocket or clipping it onto your belt. Gradually increase the intensity, turning the device to the highest level you can tolerate and then backing off by one level for comfort.
